To be considered for a stall at our Christmas fair, please complete this form by 7th October 2022. We would strongly advise that you bear this arrival time in mind in view of the narrow lanes leading to Bishton Hall. CAR PARKING IS FREE FOR STALLHOLDERS. - The Fair opens on both days at 10am. Please be ready to trade from 9.45am at the latest – there are always ‘early birds’ at these events! - Please make sure that your stall is attractively presented with your TRADING NAME clearly visible. Please keep your stall neat and tidy and ensure that all boxes, etc., are tucked away out of sight and remove rubbish at the end of the day. - Please do not trade from the front of your stall and please keep access clear to allow the public to browse at leisure. - You may leave your stock overnight but this is done entirely at your own risk, please bear in mind that this event will be in a marquee which may get damp overnight, we suggest that stock is packed in containers to protect them if you are leaving them overnight. The gates to the Hall will be locked overnight, there is a resident Caretaker and there is good CCTV. - The Fair is open until 4pm each day. Please do not begin to take down your stall before 4pm unless the event organisers give permission. - CANCELLATIONS: Payment is only refundable in exceptional circumstances and up until 1st November 2022 to the amount of 50% of your booking fee.
